We participate in most insurance companies including the insurances listed below. We will be more than happy to help patients gain a clearer understanding of their insurance coverage and claim procedures.

We strive to give our patients the necessary treatment regardless of the type of insurance coverage. We encourage patients to call us with questions regarding insurance coverage and benefits prior to scheduling their appointment.

You will be provided a written summary of Physical Therapy benefits provided by your insurance company when you come for your first visit. We will track the need for further authorization and as necessary supply your insurance company with appropriate paperwork to obtain approval for continued medically necessary treatment.

If you are unsure of your Physical Therapy benefits please give our office a call with your insurance card information. We will request the member ID number or subscriber number, patient's name and date of birth, and a phone number to contact your insurance company (most likely listed on the front of back of your insurance card.)
